    Goals galore in the Premier League on Saturday. Just one will do at the London Stadium. Liverpool look the more dangerous as half-time looms and Alphonse Areola is forced to push out Joe Gomez's low cross but there are no visiting players following up.

    Elliot Anderson powers into the box and hits the deck. The City Ground screams for a penalty but there's no appeal from the Forest midfielder.

  3. Aston Villa 0-0 Wolves

    David Moller Wolfe finds himself in a good position to the left of the box. He looks to curl a low ball across the face of goal but the quality isn't there.

    What does Chiesa need to do to start? He always plays with intensity and makes a nuisance of himself. It would be a popular choice with a lot of the fans and shake things up. Gakpo is too comfortable.

    I like the way Aston Villa try to play centrally and try to thread the balls through the gaps in the middle of the pitch.

    Brighton dominated the early stages and probably wondered how they didn't score but Forest have got a grip of the play now.

    Yet, Villa have shown so many times in the past they can turn a game quickly.

    Wirtz is the one now I'm looking at now - he's picked up good positions and looks lively for Liverpool this afternoon.

    Liverpool have been left chasing games after conceding so many early goals lately. They've looked pretty solid at the back so far today, with Joe Gomez returning to the defence.

    The Reds have had 82% possession over the last 15 minutes but they are yet to make the breakthrough.

    That's a couple of times now that Aston Villa have countered in a similar situation, with Emi Buendia being allowed to just run through the middle.

    But the way Wolves are set up to spread out and defend, it is making it difficult to pick a certain pass.

    If Buendia chooses the left-side, which is where Donyell Malen is, the defender is there to cut it out. He has also tried to get it through the defenders to Morgan Rogers, but they were there again.

    Now a shot by Alexis Mac Allister from outside the box. It hits a West Ham player on its way through to Alphonse Areola.

    What a player Morgan Gibbs-White is.

    Nicolas Dominguez does well to break down the left wing and pick out his skipper on the edge of the box. It's an awkward height and Gibbs-White tries a Di Canio-style volley but it's just wide.

    So let's get this straight, standing in front of the goalkeeper in an offside position is an offence if it happens against Aston Villa, but if it's an Arsenal player obstructing the goalkeeper then it is fine. Referees really do just make it up as they go along.
