  4. RED CARD - Lucas Paqueta (West Ham)published at 15:46 GMT 30 November 2025

    West Ham 0-1 Liverpool

One of the most ludicrous red cards you will see!

Lucas Paqueta owes his team-mates a huge apology for his behaviour.

He is shown a first yellow card for dissent after arguing with the referee following Niclas Füllkrug's foul on Dominik Szoboszlai.

Paqueta then has to be calmed down by his team-mates but is still in the face of referee Darren England, who then produces a second yellow card and then a red.

Paqueta then sarcastically applauds the referee as he walks off the pitch.

Rob Edwards has made a clever move taking off Yerson Mosquera.

It might be tactical, but he was running a fine line on a yellow card and that could really ruin Wolves' hopes of getting anything out of this game.

    Very clever management.

Poor decision making from Ryan Yates to go for goal at the tightest of angles.

    Forest look short of ideas.

Jhon Arias may be a lucky boy there as he's given a yellow card.

Don't think I've ever seen that from a VAR review before.

    Now then, what's this?

The game is stopped as the referee is sent to the screen to look at Jhon Arias' challenge on Boubacar Kamara.

They're looking at a potential red card here.

  10. Wirtz played 'with a spring in his step'published at 15:41 GMT 30 November 2025

Wirtz looked happier, he played in a role he wants to play in, the number 10. Dominic Szoboszlai is the best in that position but at the moment Szoboszlai plays anywhere because he's the best player at Liverpool. But Wirtz has had a really good afternoon - he looked confident and like he had a spring in his step.

    West Ham 0-1 Liverpool

This is drifting away from West Ham so Nuno Espirito Santo decides the time is right to make a second change - Niclas Füllkrug for Callum Wilson.

Andre and Joao Gomes have really cut down the space Aston Villa have had in the middle of the park this afternoon.
