Former Rangers and Hearts winger Barrie McKay isn't in the matchday squad despite ending eight months without a club by signing a contract until the summer.

Midfielder Scott Arfield and forward Connor McLennan were missing in midweek along with midfielder Aidan Denholm and all three are absent again today.

Left-back Cristian Montano comes into the side, along with centre-half Ryan McGowan and midfielder Lewis Smith.

Stevie May and Cammy Kerr drop to the bench, with Samson Lawal missing out through injury.

St Mirren make three changes from the 4-3 defeat by Kilmarnock on Wednesday, with Stephen Robinson changing both of his attackers.

Dan Nlundulu and Jake Young start, with the latter having served his suspension. He did play in the Scottish Cup against Airdrieonians but was taken off before half-time.

Winger Conor McMenamin is the other change, starting in place of the benched Jayden Richardson.

Roland Idowu and Mikael Mandron are also among the replacements, having started at Rugby Park.

United make three changes, with defenders Neil Farrugia, Iurie Iovu and Ryan Strain starting.

Sam Cleal-Harding and David Namo drop to the bench, while striker Nikolaj Moller has been sold to Sandefjord.

Winger Amar Fatah and midfielder Pan Camara are suspended, but former Ashdod midfielder Emmanuel Agyei is in contention for a debut as a substitute.

Falkirk make four changes, including Scott Bain's return in goal in place of Nicky Hogarth.

Defender Leon McCann, midfielder Brad Spencer and wide man Calvin Miller also start, with Keelan Adams, Henry Cartwright and Ethan Ross dropping to the bench.

Forward Kyrell Wilson is back and among the substitutes, but midfielder Connor Allan is missing with a head knock.

Dundee are unchanged from the team that lost 1-0 at Falkirk in midweek.

There wasn't much between the sides and Steven Pressley's side would likely have taken a point if Yan Dhanda hadn't missed a late penalty. The Dundee boss has decided to go with the same starting line-up again.

There's one change to the bench, with Aldahir Valenzuela, the forward signed on loan from Monterray, replacing Fin Robertson and in line for his debut.

Hibs change three from the Edinburgh derby defeat through the week, with new signing Owen Elding handed his first start.

The 19-year-old joined from Sligo Rovers in the winter window and starts up top next to fellow new boy Dane Scarlett.

Centre-half Warren O'Hora and midfielder Jamie McGrath both start after making returning to fitness to come off the bench midweek.

Munashe Garananga drops out, with Martin Boyle and Kai Andrews named on the bench.

Only goal difference keeps Hibernian in the top flight's fifth place ahead of Falkirk as both play at home this afternoon and look to narrow the gap on Motherwell, who play tomorrow.

The other four sides are in downward spirals, although Falkirk's visitors, Dundee United, have the chance to draw level with seventh-top Aberdeen.

However, if United lose and St Mirren, who head to Easter Road, and Dundee, who host bottom side Livingston, were to win, the Tannadice outfit could find themselves demoted to third bottom.
