    Real Madrid 3-0 Man City

91 days ago Manchester City were celebrating a memorable 2-1 win at the Bernabeu in the league phase. Tonight, they've been given a painful lesson by the most successful team in European Cup history.

Top, top quality. I said earlier he's more dangerous coming in off the left and cutting in onto his right foot.

It's really gutting for Chelsea, they deserve a better result than this.

  6. SUBSTITUTIONpublished at 21:48 GMT 11 March

    Paris St-Germain 4-2 Chelsea

Winger Alejandro Garnacho is on for full-back Malo Gusto as Liam Rosenior goes on the attack to try to get a goal and close the gap before the second leg.

Easy save. Straight into the gloves of Thibaut Courtois.

  8. Postpublished at 21:47 GMT 11 March

Free-kick to Manchester City out wide deep inside the Real Madrid half.

This is going to be whipped into the box.

  9. 'City need something, Real still defending'published at 21:46 GMT 11 March

    Real Madrid 3-0 Man City

    Paul Robinson
Former Leeds goalkeeper on BBC Radio 5 Live at Estadio Bernabeu

Manchester City have to get a goal to keep themselves in the tie. One goal back and the first goal at the Etihad, it is a completely different story. Real Madrid are defending resolutely now however.

    Into the final five minutes.

As it stands it's looking like a Bayern Munich-Real Madrid quarter-final.

But remember, with a second leg to come, it's only half-time.

  11. CLOSE!published at 21:45 GMT 11 March

    Bodo/Glimt 3-0 Sporting CP

Jens Petter Hauge nearly grabs a fourth for Bodo as he curls a shot narrowly wide of the far post after a lightning quick break.

    Khvicha Kvaratskhelia (Paris St-Germain)

That could be a massive goal in this tie, and what a goal it is.

The ball is played wide left to Khvicha Kvaratskhelia and he cuts inside to get the ball on the right foot before unleashing a brilliant strike from 20 yards out with the ball flying past Filip Jorgensen.

Championship level goalkeepers make Championship level mistakes. Chelsea need a goalkeeper who at least gives us a chance of winning these games.

    Steve, London

Absolutely despair at the goalies Chelsea have. Time and time again they concede stupid goals. The team must have the patience of saints!

  14. Postpublished at 21:44 GMT 11 March

    Paris St-Germain 3-2 Chelsea

Chelsea striker Liam Delap, who was playing for Ipswich Town last season, instantly gets involved and goes for goal, but it is a tight angle and the strike is always going well wide.

  15. 'Not a good night for Haaland'published at 21:43 GMT 11 March

    Real Madrid 3-0 Man City

    Paul Robinson
Former Leeds goalkeeper on BBC Radio 5 Live at Estadio Bernabeu

Erling Haaland needs service and the team around him. Give him the opportunity and he will score goals for you.

But he has not been able to do that tonight.

  16. SUBSTITUTIONSpublished at 21:42 GMT 11 March

    Paris St-Germain 3-2 Chelsea

A double change for Chelsea as Liam Delap and Romeo Lavia come on for Cole Palmer and Joao Pedro. Will the fresh legs be able to grab a late goal for Chelsea?

  17. Postpublished at 21:41 GMT 11 March

    Bodo/Glimt 3-0 Sporting CP

If the scoreline stays as it is, Bodo will have racked up five consecutive Champions League victories - against Manchester City, Atletico, Inter Milan (twice) and now Sporting.

Where does this campaign rank in the competition’s history? Surely there can’t be many better, regardless of what happens from here on.

  18. Postpublished at 21:41 GMT 11 March

    Real Madrid 3-0 Man City

Erling Haaland has been starved of service and with nine minutes remaining, when Manchester City desperately need a goal, he has been replaced by Omar Marmoush.

A deeply frustrating night for Haaland and Manchester City.

  19. 'Real have been very good defensively'published at 21:40 GMT 11 March

    Real Madrid 3-0 Man City

    Nedum Onuoha
Former Manchester City defender on MOTD: UEFA Champions League

Real Madrid have been very good defensively. They have pressed high but when City have got into their defensive third, they have snuffed attacks out. Whenever City have the ball near the Real area, all of Real's players are working really hard to deny them any space.

You can hear more from Onuoha on MOTD: Uefa Champions League at 22:40 GMT on BBC One and the BBC Sport website and app.

Why are goalkeepers so unwilling to just clear a ball these days? The amount of goals conceded where the keeper overestimates their on the ball skill surely outweighs the odd clearance that goes to the opposition.
