Curtis Jones has his qualities and attributes, but a replacement for Florian Wirtz he isn't. Liverpool looking bereft of ideas.

Liverpool have had eight days since their last game. Forest returned from Istanbul on Friday but they're playing like the side who have had over a week to prepare. Arne Slot's side are struggling to get out of their own half.

"In your head, Arne, Arne, Arne" is the chant from the home supporters. A reminder that Slot is yet to beat Forest since he became the Liverpool boss.

Will Hughes is walking the thinnest of tightropes now.

The Palace midfielder picked up a yellow card earlier and he's just brought down Yerson Mosquera. Hughes snipped away his ankles and Wolves are demanding a second yellow.

It's just a stern warning from referee Thomas Kirk.

I would've expected a lot more from Liverpool. Hugo Ekitike has had no service, along with Mo Salah as he's going over to help his full-back.

That certainly won't help from Alisson as he pings the ball straight out of play.

Arne Slot is animated on the sideline. He's trying to get his side going but it's not working so far.

    A huge chance for Arokodare.

He has got up and headed it down, but the direction was awful.

Not a lot of chances early in this game but Wolves have had the majority of those created. This time it's Tolu Arokodare with a header but he can't muster it on target.

Virgil van Dijk is earning his money today.

He's already made four clearances at the back for Liverpool.

I think Florian Wirtz getting injured is a huge blow to this Liverpool side. Everything good in attack in recent weeks comes through him and now they're missing that link between the midfield and attack.

Yeremy Pino seems to be the player for Crystal Palace. He is getting into the areas and getting into the pockets.

    Sunderland 0-0 Fulham

Nilson Angulo and Raul Jimenez tangle inside the Fulham box and Sunderland want a penalty.

There's definitely some contact but it all looks above board and referee Craig Pawson rightly waves away the appeals.

    Crystal Palace 0-0 Wolves

Wolves have the second-leakiest defence in the Premier League this season - conceding 50 goals (only Burnley with 52 have shipped more) - but they stand firm here in the face of a couple of Crystal Palace attacks.

Yeremy Pino and Chris Richards are both denied the opportunity to get clean crosses into the box and then Richards' long throw is emphatically cleared down field.

Harsh, Ian. I don't think Milos Kerkez has done anything wrong in this game. More like Liverpool look frantic themselves.

I don't understand Slot's obsession in playing Kerkez over Robertson. Kerkez looks like a liability every time Forest go forward. No composure, and everything looks too frantic.

A chance... of sorts at the Stadium of Light.

Alex Iwobi plays Kevin into the box and the Brazilian lets rip from an acute angle. It's wide, very wide, and ends up going out for a throw-in.

There's a clash of heads between Virgil van Dijk and Elliot Anderson on the edge of the Liverpool box, with Anderson coming off worse.

Anthony Taylor decides it's a free-kick to Forest. Good position for a shot, this.

    Sunderland 0-0 Fulham

Fun fact! London teams are winless in their last six Premier League visits to Sunderland, (D3, L3) since Chelsea won 1-0 in December, 2016.

Still not much happening in this game. Trai Hume just sent in a corner but Joachim Andersen was on call to head clear.
