  1. DISALLOWED GOAL - Forestpublished at 19:49 GMT 9 January

    Wrexham 0-0 Nottingham Forest

Nottingham Forest think they have taken the lead when Douglas Luiz fires a half-volley into the net, but just when Luiz was starting to celebrate, the goal is ruled out as he had used his arm to control the ball before the finish.

    Wrexham 0-0 Nottingham Forest

Nathan Broadhead, a £10m signing who played in the Premier League with Ipswich Town last season, does well to release Liberato Cacace down the left wing, but he is unable to cross from a dangerous position as Oleksandr Zinchenko is there to tidy up for Forest.

  5. SUBSTITUTIONpublished at 19:47 GMT 9 January

    MK Dons 0-0 Oxford

Tottenham loanee Jamie Donley can't play on after that awkward fall and Myles Peart-Harris takes his place.

  6. CLOSE!published at 19:45 GMT 9 January

    Preston 0-0 Wigan

    Wigan should be 1-0 up!

Harrison Bettoni plays a lovely ball over the top to Dara Costelloe, who springs the offside trap and bursts through on goal.

Just the keeper to beat but he drags the shot just wide.

    Big let off for Preston.

  9. 'Smith epitomises Wrexham's strength in depth'published at 19:44 GMT 9 January

    Wrexham 0-0 Nottingham Forest

    Waynne Phillips
Former Wrexham midfielder on BBC Radio Cymru

Wrexham have so much depth these days that, no matter how many changes they make, they're still able to name a strong team.

Sam Smith is a good example of that. He won't win as many headers as Kieffer Moore but he doesn't give defenders a second's rest.

Forest have made more changes and, even though Premier League survival is their priority, they'll want to get into the habit of winning games after that important win at West Ham earlier this week.

One thing about Smith is that he is a nuisance. He will put himself around and try to cause problems, and he will enjoy his battle with Morato.

    Wrexham 0-0 Nottingham Forest

Aside from Igor Jesus' scuffed effort early on, there's been no goalmouth action so far.

But Wrexham have competed well in the early stages, and the home fans respond every time they win possession or work their way upfield.

Nothing to split the sides so far.

    Wrexham 0-0 Nottingham Forest

A cross from Wrexham comes into the box from the right wing, but Matz Sels remains untested in the Forest goal as Morato is there at the near post to head the danger clear.

    Wrexham 0-0 Nottingham Forest

    Clinton Morrison

There's not a lot of runs in behind so far. A lot of neat and tidy passing but you want to stretch defences. It's all happening in front of the Forest and Wrexham defences.

  19. Game on after 'big effort'published at 19:36 GMT 9 January

    Port Vale 0-0 Fleetwood

    Naomi Clarke
    BBC Newsbeat

Port Vale's match against Fleetwood has gone ahead thanks to a big effort from Vale Park head groundsman Stephen Alston.

Speaking to BBC Newsbeat, Stephen says that he started at 08:00 GMT this morning to prep the ground after he had watched the snow fall heavily on Thursday evening.

"We were lucky that it was essentially melted by the time we came in."

He explains that to make sure they aren’t caught out they have to make 'a tactical plan'.

"It's a timing thing and we've got an old soil-based pitch so it doesn't take it too kindly compared to new modern pitches,” he says.

"So it's all about anticipating how much rainfall we're going to have.”

But luckily tonight the pitch is in “perfect” condition, says Stephen, after "a big effort from the team".

  20. 'Wrexham will have more time on the ball'published at 19:36 GMT 9 January

    Wrexham 0-0 Nottingham Forest

    Robert Earnshaw
Former Nottingham Forest and Wales striker on BBC Radio Wales

Wrexham will at times feel like they'll have more time on the ball.

It seems weird to say that against a Premier League side but Forest may not press them all the time and will be happy for them to have the ball at times.
