    Leicester 3-4 Southampton

Leicester scored three times in the first 29 minutes...

... but Southampton pulled one back and then scored three times in the last 14 minutes to win it.

Just another Tuesday night in the Championship...

Saints were sloppy early on and Divine Mukasa and Patson Daka punished them with two goals in quick succession in the opening 13 minutes before Abdul Fatawu's solo third just before the half-hour, and it might have been more.

However a raft of chances at the break turned the tide with sub Ross Stewart flicking home to start the comeback before Jack Stephens and Ryan Manning scored in quick succession in the closing stages and then Shea Charles curling home in the final seconds of added time.

Bonkers, crazy, football. Southampton's play-off push is back on and Leicester could be in the relegation zone come Saturday night.

The hosts are booed off at the King Power.

  2. League Two: Cambridge cruise, Shrews celebratepublished at 21:43 GMT 10 February

FT: Crawley 0-3 Cambridge; Shrewsbury 2-1 Barrow

A night to cherish for Cambridge United, who have risen to third - a point above Swindon Town - thanks to a 3-0 win at Crawley Town courtesy of Shane McLoughlin’s strike a minute before half-time and two second-half finishes from Sullay Kaikai.

Neil Harris’s team had been unbeaten in the league since October before their surprise defeat at bottom club Harrogate Town on Saturday, so a 16th win of their fourth-tier campaign is the perfect response for the promotion contenders.

Their opponents have suffered a second consecutive defeat and are five points above the drop zone with two fewer games to play than second-bottom Newport County.

Two goals inside eight minutes shortly after the break have given Shrewsbury Town a 2-1 home win over Barrow, sending them level on points with Crawley with a game more to play.

Anthony Scully and Luka Hoole did the damage for the Shrews, who have won for the first time under Gavin Cowan in the former Brackley manager’s third game in charge.

Barrow hit back through Tyler Walker with 15 minutes remaining but are now third-bottom, three points above Newport after losing all five of their matches with Paul Gallagher in charge.

What a left foot finish from Shea Charles, I can't believe this.

Why haven't we done this much earlier. Good skills to get through the defence. Drives in on his left foot and curves it in nicely into the top corner.

That's what a proper striker does for you. What a brilliant comeback, I've never seen anything like it.

After that first-half I thought it was done and dusted for Leicester. Brilliant.

    Shea Charles (90+6 mins)

    WOW.

They were 3-1 down after 83 minutes and Southampton look to have pinched it 4-3 at the death.

Shea Charles, one of those half-time subs, has curled a beautiful angled finish past Asmir Begovic and sent the travelling fans wild.

His coach Tonda Eckert is on the pitch.

    Absolute mayhem.

    Oxford 0-3 Norwich

Norwich players celebrate at OxfordImage source, Shutterstock

Mohamed Toure's hat-trick on his full Norwich debut - taking the Australia forward's tally to four goals in two matches for the Canaries - steals the show as the away side ease to a routine victory at Oxford.

They've now won four away games in the league in 2026, matching the number of victories they managed on the road in 2025.

They're eight points off the play-off places and seven clear of trouble - and in the form they're in under Philippe Clement, a challenge for the top six looks a real possibility.

Oxford's wretched run in midweek games remains the worst in the top four tiers this season, losing five and drawing four of their games between Tuesdays and Thursdays in 2025-26.

That will be less of a concern than their precarious position in the table after this meek defeat, sitting five points from safety.

They visit current leaders Middlesbrough next, and you suspect they'll need a vastly improved display to take anything from that game.

We'll have SIX added minutes at the end of this one... plenty of time for at least one or two more goals.

You just can't feel it in your bones that Leicester will score now, you feel it's going to be Southampton.

This group throws the towel in when it gets tough.

Not necessarily a good corner but a good flick on the first post takes it across the goal.

It bounces on the ground perfectly for Ryan Manning to finish it.

    We could win this.

    Four minutes of added time.

Norwich's following of around 1,400 are bouncing - as well they might after a marvellous showing from their side.

  10. League One: Royals lead again, Stags strikepublished at 21:32 GMT 10 February

Mansfield 1-2 Peterborough, Wigan 1-2 Reading, Stevenage P-P Barnsley

Reading are back in front against managerless Wigan, with a few minutes left to play.

Lewis Wing floats in a free-kick from the right and Paudie O'Connor meets it to send the travelling support wild.

Meanwhile, are Mansfield back in it against Peterborough? George Abbott, on loan from Tottenham, strikes firmly past Posh keeper Alex Bass, who has been a key reason as to why his team are in front. Game on.

    Oh boy...

Jack Stephens had missed a glorious chance to equalise moments before as he skewed wide from seven yards out from Flynn Downes cut-back, but Ryan Manning has spared his blushes by heading home the equaliser from Leo Scienza's cross.

From 3-0 down 3-3... the way Leicester are looking they might not stop there either...

Standing ovation from most for Patson Daka.

The changes still don't help us in the middle of the park.

As we defend deeper now, Ayew will drop in so we won't be going longer anymore.

I'm really am worried about the centre of the park, Andy King doesn't have a ready made central midfield.

  13. GREAT SAVE!published at 21:30 GMT 10 February

    Birmingham 0-0 West Brom

    What a save.

Max O'Leary flies to his left to get a strong hand to Marvin Ducksch's powerful drive from just outside the box which looked destined to burst the net.

This is going to be a grandstand finish...

Plenty of Oxford fans have now seen enough and are heading for the exits, the U's have been really poor tonight.

The Norwich fans opposite me are still singing away as their side cruise to victory.

Bit more pragmatic for the hosts, perhaps.

Another glimpse of goal for Ibrahim Osman from a near identical spot, but this time it's high in the air from a looping Carlos Vicente cross and he has to go airborne, only succeeding in hooking a volley well over Max O'Leary's bar.

    Oh this is ON.

From 'we want nine' to we want full-time...

Ryan Manning keeps the ball in play after a series of crosses and whips it back into the mixer where Asmir Begovic is unable to gather allowing Jack Stephens to slam home the loose ball and set the nerves jangling in the home stands.

They couldn't, could they? There's time...

Better couple of minutes from a Blues point of view.

Blues have had some great pressure. West Brom were always going to have to dig in, show fight and be resolute in moments.

Albion's Charlie Taylor just puts in a key block on the line to keep them in it.

  19. League Two: Cambridge two up, Barrow replypublished at 21:27 GMT 10 February

Crawley 0-2 Cambridge; Shrewsbury 2-1 Barrow

The automatic promotion places beckon for Cambridge United, who are 2-0 up at Crawley Town courtesy of Sullay Kaikai's strike following a counter-attack.

Barrow have pulled a goal back at fellow strugglers Shrewsbury Town, reducing the deficit to 2-1 through Tyler Walker's composed finish from Joe Anderson's pass.
