A good save from Robin Roefs. A better save than I first thought.

  3. Postpublished at 20:46 GMT 11 February

    Sunderland 0-0 Liverpool

Cody Gakpo swings in the corner and it lands on the head of Virgil van Dijk about five yards out.

The Liverpool skipper heads over the top but it was tough with his back to goal.

Crucial challenge by Rayan Aït-Nouri as he gets a tackle in to nick the ball the feet of Harry Wilson as he was about to shoot.

  5. Postpublished at 20:45 GMT 11 February

    Sunderland 0-0 Liverpool

Alexis Mac Allister slips it left to Florian Wirtz. He takes one touch to set himself before hammering one towards goal.

    Robin Roefs turns it behind.

  6. HITS THE WOODWORKpublished at 20:45 GMT 11 February

    Aston Villa 0-0 Brighton

A great spell of Brighton possession ends with Ferdi Kadioglu's swerving attempt being tipped onto the bar by Emi Martinez.

Incidents like that have been in short supply. Hopefully more to come.

  7. KICK-OFFpublished at 20:45 GMT 11 February

    Crystal Palace 2-3 Burnley

Back under way here and there's been a change for Crystal Palace with Jefferson Lerma replaced by Chadi Riad.

  9. Postpublished at 20:44 GMT 11 February

    Sunderland 0-0 Liverpool

Dan Ballard dives in his own box.

    That's quite something.

  10. Postpublished at 20:43 GMT 11 February

    Sunderland 0-0 Liverpool

Cody Gakpo goes on the outside and digs out a cross but Sunderland head clear.

    Here come Liverpool again, though.

  11. YELLOW CARDpublished at 20:42 GMT 11 February

    Aston Villa 0-0 Brighton

Booking No 5 of the match and this time it's Morgan Rogers who sees yellow after holding back Kaoru Mitoma.

Fair to say excitement is in short supply at Villa Park.

  12. Postpublished at 20:42 GMT 11 February

    Man City 3-0 Fulham

A pretty quiet start to the second half here. Maybe Fulham will be buoyed by how quickly Burnley scored three - although doing that against Manchester City will be a tougher prospect.

  13. Postpublished at 20:41 GMT 11 February

    Sunderland 0-0 Liverpool

Liverpool are creating next to nothing in attack. It's all huffing and puffing so far.

Hugo Ekitike is barely seeing any of the ball and Arne Slot will want that to change sharpish.

  15. CLOSE!published at 20:40 GMT 11 February

    Nottingham Forest 0-0 Wolves

Another attempt by Forest, another finish that fails to find the net.

It's now seventeen attempts and counting for the hosts after Morato's header drops wide.

Right now, Forest could play all night long and still not score.

  16. Postpublished at 20:40 GMT 11 February

    Sunderland 0-0 Liverpool

    Joe Cole
Former Chelsea and England midfielder on TNT Sports

Off the ball I still think there is little pockets of space in behind Alexis Mac Allister and Ryan Gravenberch that Sunderland can exploit.

  17. YELLOW CARDpublished at 20:39 GMT 11 February

    Sunderland 0-0 Liverpool

Reinildo Mandava is the first player in the book for keeping hold of the ball when Liverpool win a free-kick.

He wasn't best pleased with that decision.

  18. Fascinating when Sunderland have the ballpublished at 20:38 GMT 11 February

    Sunderland 0-0 Liverpool

    Aadam Patel
Football Reporter at the Stadium of Light

The press box is pretty high up here at the Stadium of Light. So high that one of the journalists joked they might bring up some oxygen at half-time.

But from this vantage point, it's fascinating to see the way Sunderland rotate their formation when in possession. Regis Le Bris wants his players to occupy certain zones on the pitch and you can tell it's impeccably coached because there's different players rotating each time to occupy these spaces.

  19. CLOSE!published at 20:38 GMT 11 February

    Aston Villa 0-0 Brighton

A lightning counter by Brighton and Villa are struggling to get numbers back. They don't have to worry, Kaoru Mitoma's finish drops wide but that was a warning for the home side.

  20. Postpublished at 20:37 GMT 11 February

    Sunderland 0-0 Liverpool

Mo Salah and Florian Wirtz exchange passes but the ball breaks loose in the box. It takes a bit of time for Robin Roefs to dive on it but luckily for Sunderland, Cody Gakpo wasn't exactly at his sharpest there.
