Manchester United goalkeeper Phallon Tullis-Joyce was at Chester Zoo earlier this week, teaching young people about marine biology and conservation.

"Maybe it can help create future conservationists, or at least people who can pay a little more attention to the environment around them," she told BBC Sport.

Tonight though, it's not about saving the world, it's about saving United's challenge for the top three.

    Jen Beattie
Former Scotland defender on BBC Women's Football Weekly

The gap between Manchester United and other top teams is still there when it comes to a final.

You think what is the difference-maker in the final? The conversation could lead on to Lauren James. Maybe that's what United don't have when it comes to a final.

Yes, they've got the quality to compete in the WSL and Champions League. They absolutely deserve all the positives for what they've done this season. But that gap is so close now and that's where the frustration comes from.

And the League Cup final was another example to show that the gap is close but they are still not there yet.
