  1. Forest stayed in the game knowing they could 'hurt' Spurspublished at 16:19 GMT 22 March

    Tottenham 0-3 Nottingham Forest

From a Nottingham Forest point of view, it was a very good away performance. A workman like performance, which, at times in the first half they knew they weren’t going to always have the ball. They suffered without the ball, playing on the counter-attack at times. They stayed in the game, and knew that they could hurt Tottenham.

  2. 'They look devoid of ideas'published at 16:15 GMT 22 March

    FT: Tottenham 0-3 Nottingham Forest

I don’t see a structure. A game plan, or a way of playing. I don’t see a tactical idea. I see a team that’s set up in the first instance, that changes two or three times during the game. They look devoid of ideas, and a manager who is looking for something that he is yet to find, and no time to find it.

FT: Aston Villa 2-0 West Ham

West Ham United have picked up just 29 points from 31 Premier League matches so far this season.

The 2006-07 (34 games) and 2009-10 (33 games) campaigns are the only time the Hammers have reached 30 or more points later than this season.

Their 16 defeats is also their most at this stage of a top-flight campaign since 2019-20 (L18).

  4. 'It's been a brilliant performance'published at 16:13 GMT 22 March

You feel like any time Villa create an opportunity they can do it with ease. It's been a real professional performance. West Ham started the game brightly but since Villa took the lead this afternoon we've seen the quality and ruthlessness they possess.

It's been a brilliant performance. Ollie Watkins was the talking point before the game but it perhaps was the galvanisation that was needed. They've ticked every single box.

  6. 'It's a sad sight'published at 16:11 GMT 22 March

    Tottenham 0-3 Nottingham Forest

If you look around the stadium now, it's a sad sight. There are more empty blue seats from a Tottenham perspective than there are full ones.

Just a minute to go. The Tottenham fans who do remain are staring off into the middle distance, it feels like they've actually given hope of actually staying up.

    Tottenham 0-3 Nottingham Forest

As quickly as they came in, they are leaving even quicker. The Tottenham fans came here full of hope, full of expectations, and aspiration to get behind their team and support a performance of a team that wants to stay in the Premier League. Nottingham Forest have drained that out of everyone.

This loss comes down to Tudor I think. Didn't start Simons, took off Richarlison and Tel. Should have sacked him after Palace, but now its too late. Poch won't wanna manage us in the Championship

  12. GREAT SAVE!published at 16:06 GMT 22 March

    Tottenham 0-3 Nottm Forest

Matz Sels is doing a good job of preserving Forest's clean sheet as he saves well from a corner, before Destiny Udogie heads wide.

    Taiwo Awoniyi (87 mins)

It just gets worse for Tottenham!

Emphatic finish by Taiwo Awoniyi, volleying in from a cross from close range.

This hasn't been a lucky win for Nottingham Forest, they've recognised the importance of this game and have made it count.

If it wasn't before relegation becomes a very, very real worry for Tottenham.

    Aston Villa 2-0 West Ham

Soungoutou Magassa gets down the left for West Ham and then completely shanks his cross behind the Aston Villa goal. That aptly sums up the Hammers' performance today.

    Aston Villa 2-0 West Ham

Aston Villa take off Ollie Watkins and bring on Tammy Abraham for the last knockings of this game.

Looks a little bit tired from a West Ham perspective. They're giving everything, you can't deny that, but they're just lacking in real quality.

Aston Villa have been too strong, they've got fresh legs on the pitch and it's really encouraging from their perspective.

Looking at Spurs’ remaining games and the form of the sides they will come up against, I give them a point at home against Leeds. And that’s it. This afternoon has been key and they simply haven’t turned up, whereas Forest have shown spirit and fight.

  18. SUBSTITUTIONpublished at 16:01 GMT 22 March

    Tottenham 0-2 Nottm Forest

Conior Gallagher is on for Archie Gray for Tottenham.

The TV camera provides shots of various Spurs fans, all with glum and resigned looks on their faces. They aren't sensing a fightback here, to be fair the performance gives them no reason to believe there will be one.

If I was a Spurs fan, I would be extremely nervous about April given their fixtures.

  20. SUBSTITUTIONpublished at 15:59 GMT 22 March

    Aston Villa 2-0 West Ham

A last throw of the dice for West Ham boss Nuno Espirito Santo, who takes off Aaron Wan-Bissaka and Tomas Soucek and brings on Mohamadou Kante and Soungoutou Magassa.
