What a fantastic start of both halves. Odegaard really at it, Declan Rice too and Kai Havertz scored the two best goals in the game.

It sends a real message to Man City.

This is Chelsea's second-biggest top flight defeat in London, after a 6-0 loss at Queens Park Rangers on 31 March, 1986.

Steve: This is the worst Chelsea team for 25 years. Not sure where we go from here. It shouldn't include most of these players. Poch must leave.

It is so important for Arsenal to continue their defensive record. It looks like another fabulous clean sheet but some of the forward play has been electric.

The finishing, the brightness in the midfield. There have been some really great performances.

Gabriel Martinelli beats the offside trap and runs at goal, but Djordje Petrovic saves the one-on-one to spare Chelsea further embarrassment.

Raheem Sterling drifts into the box but his cross is tidied up by Jorginho.

We're now seeing TV shots of the away end. It's almost empty!

Andy: Not sure what the point is in criticising Poch, Chelsea have had a personality problem for years. Is anyone really going there for footballing reasons? Their recruitment is poor because their culture is poor, and attracts the wrong players. I mean how many have they signed by poaching them from under other teams noses by offering more money and paying more to agents…. That really who you want at your club?

Marc: I presume the same people that think Poch is the problem also think that there is gold at the end of the rainbow...

Pat: Chelsea's injury list is a better team than the one that started the game but Poch has had it. You can talk recruitment and poor ownership but it could have been 10 tonight, he's set the team up so poorly.

Alan: Arsenal are 30 points ahead of Chelsea. It looks like it should be more. It’s just vast the difference.

Chelsea can't get out. Declan Rice cuts the ball back but Gabriel Martinelli is on his heels in the box and can't get to the pass.

Gabriel Jesus wants a goal. He dances into the Chelsea box but then slips as he's about to take on a defender.

I think he was well within his rights to shoot but Rice had made another run to get up with him.
