    Kosovo 0-1 Turkey

Kosovo are still believing. Florent Muslija strikes low and hard from outside the penalty area and it flies just wide of the post.

    Sweden 2-2 Poland

Poland have been behind twice, but very nearly take the lead for the first time.

A corner is swung in by Sebastian Szymański and it almost goes directly in, but Victor Lindelof is in the right place on the goalline to clear the danger and stop the ball crossing the line.

    Kosovo 0-1 Turkey

We have a stoppage in play as Kosovo defender Albian Hajdari goes to win a header and gets bumped into by away goalkeeper Uğurcan Çakır.

Hajdari needs treatment and comes back on sporting a huge blue bandage wrapped around his head. This is not the sort of game you want to come out of.

    Czech Republic 1-1 Denmark

Not much in the way of chances since Denmark's equaliser. This one feels like it is going to extra-time.

    Bosnia-Herzegovina 0-1 Italy

Italy continue to live dangerously as Gianluigi Donnarumma pushes behind Benjamin Tahirovic's low drive, before Edin Dzeko glances a header wide from a corner.

  6. SUBSTITUTIONpublished at 21:21 BST 31 March

    Bosnia-Herzegovina 0-1 Italy

More changes here as goalscorer Moise Kean makes way for Pio Esposito for Italy, who also send on Bryan Christante for Manuel Locatelli.

For the hosts, Dzenis Burnic is on for Amar Memic.

With 15-20 minutes left, we currently have two games - Czech Republic v Denmark and Sweden v Poland - heading to extra-time as it stands, with only one goal separating the sides in the other two matches.

It could be a late night, with extra-time and penalties very much possible.

  8. SUBSTITUTIONpublished at 21:16 BST 31 March

    Sweden 2-2 Poland

A Premier League substitution with Tottenham's Lucas Bergvall replacing Newcastle's Anthony Elanga for Sweden.

Bergvall is immediately involved in the action and gets clattered into. He gets to his feet slowly and is able to continue.

    Joachim Andersen (72 mins)

    The equaliser!

Czech Republic had been looking pretty comfortable but they undone by a set-piece as Joachim Andersen beats the goalkeeper to head in a free-kick.

With just over 15 minutes to go this could be heading to extra time.

    Bosnia-Herzegovina 0-1 Italy

Another save by Gianluigi Donnarumma, this time keeping out Kerim Alajbegovic's effort.

    Kosovo 0-1 Turkey

Kosovo goalkeeper Arijanet Muric keeps his country in the competition with a fine save down to his left to deny Kenan Yildiz with Turkey pushing for a second, which would surely be enough to qualify.

  12. Postpublished at 21:12 BST 31 March

    Czech Republic 1-0 Denmark

Czech Republic have led since the 30 minute and they are just over 20 minutes away from reaching a World Cup finals for the first time since 2006.

    Bosnia-Herzegovina 0-1 Italy

Gianluigi Donnarumma is called into action again, this time keeping out Esmir Bajraktarevic's low strike. A comfortable save, but still one that needed making.

    Bosnia-Herzegovina 0-1 Italy

Saying that, a chance now for Italy on the break as Moise Kean charges between two defenders and in on goal, but he sends his effort wide.

    Should have scored.

    Kosovo 0-1 Turkey

Turkey have avoided defeat in their last 21 matches when scoring first in the Uefa World Cup Qualifiers, since a 1-2 loss to Spain on 1 April, 2009.

Kosovo, who would be the fourth lowest ranked team in the World Cup according to Fifa's current standings if they qualify - above only Curacao, Haiti and New Zealand - have 30 minutes to keep their dream alive.

    Bosnia-Herzegovina 0-1 Italy

I'll be surprised if Italy have an attempt on goal in this half based on their current setup. They have barely got out of their own half.

  17. SUBSTITUTIONpublished at 21:04 BST 31 March

    Czech Republic 1-0 Denmark

Both sides make a change as we hit the hour mark. Christian Norgaard is on for Victor Nelsson for Denmark, while Lukas Cerv replaces Vladimir Darida for the hosts.

    Czech Republic 1-0 Denmark

Denmark need a goal but they are struggling to get out of their own half against a confident and assured Czech Republic.

  19. CLOSE!published at 21:01 BST 31 March

    Bosnia-Herzegovina 0-1 Italy

It is all Bosnia-Herzegovina and if Italy are to go through to the World Cup finals then you suspect goalkeeper Gianluigi Donnarumma will be key as he keeps out a powerful strike by Kerim Alajbegovic.

    Kerem Akturkoglu (Turkey)

Turkey get the breakthrough in Pristina. Kenan Yildiz cuts it back to Orkun Kokcu and his mishit shot drops perfectly for Kerem Akturkoglu to convert at the back post.

The hosts wanted an offside, but Michael Oliver and his VAR team give the goal, for Turkish delight.
