    Czech Republic were strong in the first half but Denmark rallied in the second. The hosts make a change as they try to regain control, Tomas Chory replacing Patrik Schick.

    Kosovo's World Cup dream is over as Turkey win it 1-0 thanks to a goal from Kerem Aktürkoğlu.

    It is a return to the finals for Turkey for the first time in 24 years, since they came third in 2002.

    Sweden 3-2 Poland

    Sweden have done it!

    Despite a miserable qualifying campaign which saw Sweden lose home and away to Kosovo, with Jon Dahl Tomasson sacked in October, they have booked their spot at the World Cup.

    Graham Potter came in as Tomasson's replacement and Sweden had a second chance through their performances in the Nations League - and they have qualified for the summer's finals.

    Arsenal striker Viktor Gyokeres is their hero with an 88th-minute winner to send Sweden to North America.

    Arsenal striker Viktor Gyokeres may have sent Sweden to the World Cup.

    Lucas Bergvall has a shot saved, the rebound drops to Besfort Zeneli and his effort hits the right-hand post, but Gyokeres is there to finish the loose ball, amid great scenes of celebration.

    A long throw from Lucas Bergvall causes panic in the Poland penalty area, with the ball headed behind unconvincingly for a corner. That header could've gone anywhere.

    The corner drops to Brighton's Yasin Ayari 20 yards out but his low strike is well held by a diving goalkeeper.

    The 10-men of Italy have been living dangerously all half but were 10 minutes from holding on before Bosnia-Herzegovina equalised.

    Edin Dzeko's header was kept out but Haris Tabakovic was there to bundle in the loose ball.
