Pep Guardiola's farewell party is going to plan so far, as Antoine Semenyo's 17th Premier League goal of the season proving the difference.

Aston Villa have offered very little.

  2. HALF-TIMEpublished at 16:49 BST 24 May

    Liverpool 0-0 Brentford

Mo Salah is battling for the ball with Keane Lewis-Potter in the box. Salah slows him down and looks for space for the shot but the Brentford man does well to get a fine tackle in.

And that is that for this goalless first half.

  3. Spurs aheadpublished at 16:49 BST 24 May

    HT: West Ham 0-0 Leeds

    Matt Jarvis
Former West Ham on BBC Radio 5 Sports Extra 2

This doesn't change anything for West Ham. They have to win the game. They haven't done enough to warrant it and Leeds have probably been the better side.

    Jermaine Beckford

    West Ham 0-0 Leeds

    Big chance for West Ham!

Another good ball in from the left, the ball breaks for Pablo but he smashes into the side netting from a tight angle.

Might have been a handball from Jarrod Bowen just beforehand anyway.

    Brighton 0-2 Man Utd

That was superb from Manchester United.

Noussair Mazraoui found Amad Diallo with a short pass and the Ivory Coast forward played a one-two with Mason Mount that put him in enough space to square the ball for Bryan Mbeumo, who had the easiest of tap-ins.

This was supposed to be a big day for Brighton. It looks like Manchester United are striding to victory.

Roberto de Zerbi now calling for calm - having just gone wild in celebration on the touchline and lobbed something into the crowd in sheer elation.

    Incredible noise here.

    Oh no.

    Check over. No penalty.

For a team fighting for survival, West Ham lack conviction. They are playing like an average Championship side. A period in the second tier may not be such a bad thing for a struggling Premier League club.

  14. GREAT SAVE!published at 16:46 BST 24 May

    Man City 1-0 Aston Villa

A great save from Marco Bizot denies Man City's Tijani Reijnders a goal.

Phil Foden went on a mazy run, Reijnders took over and found himself one-on-one with Bixot, but the Villa goalkeeper saves.

    Liverpool 0-0 Brentford

Brentford look almost certain to score but Alisson throws himself at Kevin Schade and makes a massive save.

Liverpool break up instantly and Cody Gakpo somehow can't score.

    Both should be scoring there.

I was with Daniel Farke at Norwich and he is relentless in his pursuit of what he wants.

Even when Norwich had won the league he was still doing his double sessions every week, even though the season was done. That is how he sets up and that is why Leeds are still trying to win and do what they need to do. That is down to the manager.

  17. goal

GOAL - Brighton 0-2 Man Utdpublished at 16:45 BST 24 May

    Bryan Mbeumo

Brilliant football. Kobbie Mainoo, Mason Mount, Noussair Mazraoui and Amad Diallo combine to lay on the easiest of finishes for Bryan Mbeumo, who taps in at the far post.

  18. Postpublished at 16:45 BST 24 May

    West Ham 0-0 Leeds

The initial corner is dealt with but Pablo battles to win it back, puts in the cross and Taty Castellanos puts the header back across goal but just over the bar.

Moments later, word comes through of that Tottenham goal. Glum faces and plenty of heads being shaken.

It is not looking good for West Ham.

  19. goal

GOAL Crystal Palace 0-1 Arsenalpublished at 16:44 BST 24 May

    Gabriel Jesus (42 mins)

Gabriel Jesus has missed a few chances today, but he eventually makes amends with the opening goal at Selhurst Park.

Max Dowman plays a neat ball into Gabriel Martinelli, who in turn slips in Jesus.

The Brazilian fires a low angled shot which Dean Henderson is unable to keep out at his near post.

    One nil to the Arsenal.

  20. goal

GOAL - Tottenham 1-0 Evertonpublished at 16:44 BST 24 May

    Joao Palhinha (43 mins)

    Breakthrough!

It has been coming since kick-off. Joao Palhinha hits the post with a header but the ball falls back into his path and the Portugal midfielder reacts sharply to finish with his feet.

A huge sense of relief around the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium.

Could that be the goal that seals another season of Premier League football?
