Amanda Nilden is having to walk the proverbial tighrope after her earlier caution and I must say she is doing so excellently.

She's kept the speedy Alyssa Thompson very quiet on the Chelsea left so far, and put in another big tackle to stop her running in on goal just now.

Thankfully for Chelsea Cuthbert is soon back on her feet, and after a few big exhales look ok to continue.

That's a sore on for Erin Cuthbert.

Cathinka Tandberg was a little too keen to recover possession there and caught the Chelsea stand-in skipper high on the ankle.

The Spurs forward is perhaps lucky she's only got a yellow for that.

That's a huge tackle from Niamh Charles.

Beth England looked favourite to smash Tottenham into the lead there as she ran into the box, but the full-back got back with a big block.
