A crazy end to the afternoon that no-one would have predicted at half-time when things were looking very stagnant.

Wins for Portsmouth and Oxford United plunge Leicester further into danger - the Foxes are now five points from safety.

While Middlesbrough's defeat to Pompey means Ipswich will end the weekend in second and with two games in hand over Millwall in third and Boro in fourth.

The Tractor Boys now have it all in their hands as they chase an immediate return to the Premier League.

Well, that was all very dramatic wasn't it?!

  6. 'It's about staying in that top six'published at 17:01 BST 11 April

    FT: Middlesbrough 0-1 Portsmouth

    Neil Maddison
Former Middlesbrough midfielder on BBC Radio Tees

Boro had the chances in the second half, Riley McGree's shot, Tommy Conway's pass to David Strelec.

First half was nowhere near, it was slow, no tempo, no shots on goal really.

It's hard to take but I say week in and week out, you get what you deserve, first half was really poor.

Second half, I knew there'd be changes, a couple chances and then it went flat again, huff and puff but nothing to show for it, without a doubt we miss Hayden Hackney.

For me now it's about staying in that top six, do not fall out that top six because that would be soul destroying.

  7. FULL-TIMEpublished at 16:59 BST 11 April

    Charlton 1-2 Preston

All over at The Valley and Preston North End will be taking all three points back to Lancashire.

Joe Rankin-Costello gave the Addicks the lead before goals from Lewis Dobbin and Brad Potts completed the comeback for the Lilywhites.

Wins for Oxford United and Portsmouth mean the Addicks now sit five points above the drop zone as they go five games without a win.

Preston move up to 13th on 57 points.

Portsmouth have stolen the three points at the death - how big will they prove to be at the end of the season!

Conor Chaplin's goal SEVEN minutes into stoppage time has got Pompey out of the bottom three.

Boro, who had so many chances, have failed to pick up three points for a sixth time in a row but not only do they now lose ground on second-placed Ipswich, they now stay below Millwall in fourth.

    Incredible.

  9. FULL-TIMEpublished at 16:58 BST 11 April

    Stoke 1-1 Blackburn

Rovers remain in trouble at the bottom end of the table after being pegged back by Michael O'Neill's former club.

Adam Forshaw's opener was cancelled out by Jes Rak-Sakyi before Ashley Phillips saw red for the hosts late-on to finish with 10-men.

Rovers are four points clear of the drop-zone with four games to play.

Southampton fight back to seal a huge win in the race for the play-offs - Saints do not know when they're beaten.

Carlton Morris had put the visitors ahead.

But two goals in seven minutes from Leo Scienza and then Taylor Harwood-Bellis secured a vital victory for the hosts.

As it stands, Tonda Eckert's side are going fifth in the table, while Derby remain eighth.

    Sheffield United 2-1 Hull

An incredible turnaround at Bramall Lane as Sheffield United pick up the three points against 10-men Hull City!

Hull City were in charge of this one at half-time, striking early in the fifth minute, when ex-Blade Oli McBurnie fired home at the near post past Adam Davies.

The game changed on it's head with 15 minutes left though when another former Sheffield United player in the Hull starting line-up, John Lundstram, was shown a second yellow card and therefore a red for lunging in on Andre Brooks.

The Blades levelled from the spot when Gus Hamer fired home from 12 yards after Jairo Riedewald went down inside the Hull box.

Three minutes later, Japhet Tanganga found a sliding Danny Ings who provided the telling touch to turn home and grab the victory for Chris Wider's men.

Hull now down to sixth following Southampton's victory against Derby.

  12. FULL-TIMEpublished at 16:56 BST 11 April

    Oxford 2-0 Watford

A precious three points for Oxford United but that last-gasp Middlesbrough winner means the U's remain in the relegation zone.

Myles Peart-Harris put the hosts ahead in the first half from close range and though they rode their luck at times, and spurned their own chances to add a second, Mark Harris sealed the win in added time.

  13. goal

GOAL: Middlesbrough 0-1 Portsmouthpublished at 16:55 BST 11 April

    Conor Chaplin (90+7 mins)

    Unbelievable.

A corner is only partially dealt with by Boro and the ball lands on the volley to Adrian Segecic.

His strike is goalbound and seems to just hit Conor Chaplin who is on the move and he is able to direct the ball past Sol Brynn into the opposite corner.

Boro want offside but the flag stays down. The Riverside is stunned.

  14. INJURY TIMEpublished at 16:55 BST 11 April

    Southampton 2-1 Derby

  15. Postpublished at 16:54 BST 11 April

Huge block from Lewis Gibson to deny Lyndon Dykes from getting a shot away inside the Preston box.

    The Lilywhites are almost there.

  16. FULL-TIMEpublished at 16:54 BST 11 April

    Leicester 0-1 Swansea

Leicester's torturous season feels like it's found a new low.

The boos ring around the King Power.

Where do Leicester go from here?

Hayes Lane, Bromley, next season, unless something remarkable happens in the next couple of weeks.

The Foxes spurned a host of good chances before the break and played a part in their own downfall as they gave away possession from a free-kick which allowed Ji-sung Eom to blaze away and tee-up Championship top-scorer Zan Vipotnik to score the only goal.

  17. CLOSE!published at 16:53 BST 11 April

    Leicester 0-1 Swansea

Abdul Fatawu has curled wide of target in the dying seconds of added time.

Is that the final chance for Leicester?

Sontje Hansen's sweet strike is destined for the back of the net but Pompey's Andre Dozzell gets back on the line to clear the ball away from danger.

    Incredible defending from the midfielder.

We are into three minutes of six added on at the end of the game.

  19. goal

GOAL: Oxford 2-0 Watfordpublished at 16:50 BST 11 April

    Mark Harris (90+2 mins)

    Now they can relax...

Mark Harris pinches possession in midfield and drives forward, ignoring the run of Will Lankshear and instead lashing a low shot past Egil Selvik and into the bottom corner.

The roof comes off the Kassam, to match that fourth side.

  20. INJURY TIMEpublished at 16:49 BST 11 April

Into SIX added minutes at Leicester where the home fans are chanting 'Sack the Board.'
