    Michael van Gerwen did face going two sets down against Mitsuhiko Tatsunami and he could have been really on the back foot from the off, he wasn't the best version of Michael that we've ever seen.

    And he is facing Willie O'Connor, who was the best version of himself that we have ever seen in the first round.
