Plenty of interest in Grace Ballinger, offering a key short form skillset with both left arm angle and significant new ball movement - during last year's Hundred no bowler swung the ball more on average than Ballinger's 2.8°.

Grace wrote a column for BBC Sport about appearing in the auction. You can read it here.

Grace Ballinger will swap Northern Superchargers for Manchester Super Giants at the upcoming Hundred.

The 23-year-old, who also previously played for Leicestershire and Warwickshire, goes for £42,500.

There's a bit of cat and mouse going on here. Teams that have spent big have got to balance the purse.

A player that is unsold could still return to the auction later on.

Lizelle Lee fills the vacant keeper spot for Southern Brave and boasts a strong Hundred record when batting inside the Powerplay, averaging 40 while striking at 128. Lee's addition should allow the likes of Maia Bouchier and Laura Wolvaardt the freedom to exploit the Powerplay from the other end for the Brave.

    Age: 23

    Role: right-arm fast

Issy Wong had her best Hundred campaign last time out, taking eight wickets at an average of 27, while conceding 1.32 runs per ball. Perhaps more importantly she played in all nine of London Spirit's matches, after being in and out of the Birmingham Phoenix team in the two seasons prior.

Wong was back to near full speed last year, bowling 65 deliveries over the 70mph during the 2025 Hundred, bettered by only Shabnim Ismail (96 balls) and Lauren Filer (89).

Wong's development of her slower ball has added to her armoury - during last year's Hundred she conceded just 43 runs off her 36 deliveries clocked below 60mph and has dropped down as low as 48mph.

On the auction: "It is exciting, but it is a relaxed atmosphere.

"To see some of the money which these ladies are going for it is credit to them for their professionalism. They deserve what they are getting here."

Beth Mooney adds plenty of solidity to the Trent Rockets, a side that have historically struggled for top-order consistency in the Women's Hundred, while her glovework is an added bonus.

Since the start of 2024, Mooney has passed fifty in 24 T20 innings, the most for any batter in this timeframe, while still striking at 131.

Australia's Beth Mooney is finally sold for £210,000 to Trent Rockets!

There was strong competition for the wicketkeeper-batter from Manchester Super Giants but the Rockets didn't want to let her go.

They finally secure Mooney's signature by making her the most expensive player of the auction so far.

Beth Mooney represented London Spirit in 2021 and played for Manchester Originals in 2024 and 2025.

Trent Rockets bid £190,000 for the 32-year-old Australian wicketkeeper-batter.

But Manchester Super Giants comes back with £200,000.
