1. Tier 1 wicketkeeperspublished at 11:59 GMT 11 March

It’s clear that the wicketkeepers’ market isn’t exactly buzzing today!

India's Richa Ghosh goes to Manchester Super Giants for £50,000 while Lauren Winfield‑Hill, Yastika Bhatia and Georgia Redmayne all go unsold.

Seren Smale also finds little interest but London Spirit come in with a very, very late bid to sign her for the £15,000 base price.

    • Lauren Winfield-Hill - unsold
    • Yastika Bhatia - unsold
    • Georgia Redmayne - unsold

Sunrisers complete their all-round quartet with the addition of Jess Jonassen and it's fair to say they've tried to cover all bases with their selections.

Phoebe Litchfield, Annabel Sutherland, Deepti Sharma and Jess Jonassen are all high-quality batters while Sutherland's pace bowling, Deepti's off-spin and Jonassen's left-arm spin offer 60 balls of international quality bowling and plenty of variety.

Alana King joins Linsey Smith at Birmingham Phoenix, a spin duo that opposing batting units will no doubt be fearful of. King is the biggest turner of the ball in the women's game averaging 4.1° of turn on average, more than double that of the average spinner in the Women's Hundred.

  5. Tier 1 spin bowlerspublished at 11:52 GMT 11 March

It's safe to say the spinners are in huge demand as all five 'tier 1' spin bowlers have been snapped up in this round.

    • Linsey Smith - £100,000 to Birmingham Phoenix
    • Alana King - £37,500 to Birmingham Phoenix
    • Tilly Corteen-Coleman - £105,000 to Southern Brave
    • Kirstie Gordon - £55,000 to MI London
    • Sophia Smale - £20,00 to Welsh Fire

Tilly Corteen-Coleman will return to Southern Brave where she build her reputation as one of the most promising young spinners in English cricket.

Brave come out on top in a bidding war with MI London to secure the 18-year-old left-arm spinner for £105,000.

Big money for left arm spinner Linsey Smith from Birmingham Phoenix and rightly so considering her stellar Hundred record overall, taking 42 wickets while averaging 19 and conceding at just 1.16 runs per ball.

Smith's ability to bowl with the new ball should allow Lauren Filer to be used as a more aggressive wicket-taking option in the middle overs.

England left‑arm spinner Linsey Smith is on the move and Birmingham Phoenix secure her for £100,000.

Smith will bring plenty of Hundred experience with her having been a regular for Northern Superchargers since 2021.

    Age: 18

    Role: Left-arm spin

Tilly Corteen-Coleman made her name as The Hundred's youngest appearance maker, representing Southern Brave at just 16 years old in 2024. The left-arm spinner has excelled ever since, taking 17 wickets in 17 matches at an average of 20, while conceding 1.14 runs per ball.

Corteen-Coleman is a strong powerplay operator, averaging just 16 in the first 25 balls of the innings, with an economy rate of 1.13 runs per ball. While she isn't a big turner of the ball, opposing batters find Corteen-Coleman's stump-to-stump bowling tricky to get away, with nearly 40% of her powerplay deliveries projecting to hit the stumps.

The former Southern Brave bowler has a much better record away that at home in The Hundred, which should encourage prospective franchises. Her average of 31 at Southampton drops to 14 in away games.

West Indies all-rounder Chinelle Henry is in hot demand, and it's no surprise considering her recent T20 record with both bat and ball - since the start of 2024, she's averaging 27 while striking at 142 with the bat, while also taking 49 wickets at an average of 22 with the ball.

MI London now have three genuine all-rounders in Hayley Mathews, Amelia Kerr and Chinelle Henry. Going heavy all-rounder is a strategy that has served their ownership well in the WPL with Mumbai Indians.

  12. Tier 1 all-rounderspublished at 11:39 GMT 11 March

    • Deandra Dottin - £37,500 to London Spirit
    • Jessica Jonassen - £110,000 to Sunrisers Leeds
    • Georgia Adams - unsold
    • Kathryn Bryce - £65,000 to Manchester Super Giants
    • Chinelle Henry - £70,000 to MI London

The biggest buy of the round is Australia's Jessica Jonassen who goes to Sunrisers Leeds for £110,000.

A left-arm spinner and left-hand batter, England fans will remember Jonassen for her three wickets in the T20 World Cup final as Australia emerged winners by four runs.

Meanwhile, Deandra Dottin goes to London Spirit for £37,500 and they faced minimal competition to secure the West Indies international.

Issy Wong's return to near full speed last season is rewarded with a six-figure winning bid from Southern Brave - only Shabnim Ismail (96 balls) and Lauren Filer (89 balls) bowled more deliveries over the 70 mile per hour mark than Wong (65 balls) during the 2025 Hundred.
