Varun Chakravarthy doesn't look like a menacing cricketer - he just rocks up with his long sleeves, his shirt is always untucked, and with some subtle finger movements he causes so many problems.

    Steenkamp b Chakravarthy 29 (Nam 67-2)

Cool as you like! Varun Chakravarthy makes an immediate impact with the ball in hand.

He sends Louren Steenkamp on his way with a perfect spinner which cuts straight through the stumps.

That is a perfect example of what India's bowlers can do!

  3. Nam 67-1published at 7 overs

Jasprit Bumrah is a little bit all over the place, but I suppose he needs to settle into this match.

He concedes nine off his first set, including a wide and a no-ball. The no-ball would have been a wicket too.

Namibia are doing really well to give themselves half a chance in this run chase. Their mentality has been really impressive.

  4. Nam 61-1published at 6.3 overs

As if by magic, Jasprit Bumrah appears with a ball in hand!

Let's see what the pace bowler can do to unsettle Namibia's opening partnership...

He oversteps and from the free hit, he cleans up Louren Steenkamp. It felt as if the Namibia batter forgot he had a free hit there.

As I say, Namibia are giving themselves a chance...

Namibia might not be anywhere near the run rate they need, but Louren Steenkamp is still managing to find his striking arch.

The 28-year-old hits back-to-back fours at the start of the over followed by another huge six to finish up.

Arshdeep Singh will be kicking himself after another sub-par set, but Namibia aren't complaining because it is keeping them right in this run chase!

India have got a massive game against Pakistan coming up - they need to get Bumrah in the game and in rhythm rather than fielding at third.

  8. Nam 40-1published at 5 overs

India are doing okay without Jasprit Bumrah though, as Shivam Dube sees his first over with the ball go for six runs.

The crowd will be wanting to see the pace bowler, but it looks like Arshdeep Singh is ready to step up for his third over.

What is India's plan for their premier strike bowler?

Is this a ploy from India to save Jasprit Bumrah for the last eight overs?

I can only think they're not concerned about losing this game and want to give Dube some overs.

  11. Nam 37-1published at 4.2 overs

We are still waiting for Jasprit Bumrah to make an appearance in this powerplay.

Shivam Dube comes in next for India, who are still looking in a healthy position.

Frylinck is gutted because it wasn't the best ball he'll ever face, it was short and quite straight but he just didn't get it out of the middle.

  13. wicket

    WICKETpublished at 3.4 overs

    Frylinck c Dube b Arshdeep 22 (Nam 33-1)

That's more like it from Arshdeep Singh!

India get their first wicket of the evening and Jan Frylinck is sent on his way for 22.

He bowls to his field and it is a relatively easy catch for Dube at mid-wicket.

Arshdeep Singh has been making some rather odd bowling decisions in these opening overs, but he makes up for it with that!

  14. Nam 23-0published at 3 overs

That's a bit more like it from Namibia.

Louren Steenkamp and Jan Frylinck have a good partnership building here.

They hit 13 runs off that last over after struggling against Hardik Pandya's opening over.

What a shot! Frylinck is trying to get as many runs off this over as he can before Biumrah comes into the attack.

Hardik Pandya has got the ball back in hand.

The all-rounder draws some 'ooh's' from the crowd after forcing a thick edge off Louren Steenkamp on the first ball. There's nobody near it though so he survives a bit of a scare.

Jan Frylinck is finding a bit more luck though, he hits a fantastic four followed by a huge six.

  17. Nam 8-0published at 1.4 overs

A first boundary for Namibia - and it comes through Louren Steenkamp.

He finds the rope at deep square leg.

Arshdeep Singh is just bowling a touch too short at the moment. He has conceded six runs from his first four balls now. He will want to tighten things up at the back-end of this set.

  18. Nam 2-0published at 1 over

A comfortable opener for Hardik Pandya.

Namibia are just getting settled in the crease. They won't want to take any risks just yet, not against such a strong bowling line-up.

These openers will have been relieved when Hardik Pandya took the new ball rather than Jasprit Bumrah.

  20. Nam 1-0published at 0.4 overs

Hardik Pandya opens the bowling for India.

The all-rounder is sporting a bleach blond hair-do, it suits him!

He is getting a nice bit of swing on his opening deliveries, conceding just one run from his first four balls.
