    They say the London Marathon is for everyone and this year none other than Daddy Pig is running the race.

    Fans of Peppa Pig will know this has been a storyline on the show over recent weeks with Daddy Pig running the Marathon after it was revealed his son, George Pig, is moderately deaf.

    Well not only has Daddy Pig covered the 26.2 miles in the show last week, he is also running it today - costume and all - go raise money and awareness for the National Deaf Children’s Society.

    We've just had our first shot of Olympic triathlon champion Alex Yee.

    He's not running the race today but is instead working as a pace maker for the British group in today's field.

    You'll remember Yee finished 14th last year after making the switch for his marathon debut.
