She don refuse to appear before di JCC arguing say President Hakainde Hichilema need to lift her constitutional oath of secrecy before she fit appear before di body.
As one of di highest constitutional office holders for Zambia, di Director of Public Prosecutions swear oath of secrecy wey say: "I no go directly or indirectly reveal or transmit any information or mata wey I sabi sake of di position wey I hold except wit di authority of di president."
Ms Siyunyi tell BBC say both di president and di attorney general don deny her request.
She complain say despite di waiver wey dem deny her, di JCC bin don start wit di hearing of di complain against her.
Siyunyi add say if she respond to any of di charges against her before di lifting of her oath of secrecy, e mean say she don break law be dat.
“I don get to escape from my house on more dan three occasions” afta threats from known 'operatives'."
“I no dey tok say I dey above di law but say dia must be total compliance wit di provisions of di constitution of Zambia wey we must all uphold if we need to uphold di rule of law and protect human rights for all,” she tok.
