    Good afternoon and welcome to our live coverage as a major incident has been declared in Derby, with about 200 homes evacuated following a warrant at an address in Vulcan Street.

    The "evacuation zone" was put in place after officers carried out a warrant "acting on intelligence about materials at the address", Derbyshire Police said.

    Two men, one in his 40s and one in his 50s, have been arrested on suspicion of explosives offences. They remain in custody.
