    If you missed it earlier Adrian Chiles kicked off proceedings against Shay in the penalty shoot-out.

    "How much padding have you got on?" Adrian asked, but Shay is more concerned about the cause.

    "Hope people come down to MediaCity and put money in the bucket." - and YOU can have a go yourselves so (as someone once said) Come on Down!

    "My record wasn't very good," says Shay about the penalites he faced during his career. "But I saved a few in the time."

    Adrian's effort was saved by Shay's feet but he put it in on the rebound
