In pictures: Burmese migrants' lives |

Saw Tuntin, 81, Umpium camp I helped the British fight the Japanese, and then straight after that I joined the Karen rebel army ( KNLA). I was a fighter until I was nearly 70, and then I came to live in this camp. I want to go back to Burma during my lifetime, but my hope is getting less and less. A lot of my friends are buried on the hill near this camp. |
