WICKETpublished at 19:43 BST 17 July

    Rogers b Gordon 13 (Durham 73-5 v The Blaze)

Another for Kirstie Gordon who gets a bit of turn and pegs back the off stump.

That's 3-14 for the Blaze skipper.

  2. Postpublished at 14 overs

    Durham 73-4 v The Blaze

Mia Rogers misjudges a slog sweep which loops up towards deep midwicket but falls short of the rope rider coming in.

Five singles off Josie Groves' third over and the boundaries (just eight in the innings so far) continue to prove elusive.

Mia Rogers is the set batter and plenty is riding on her shoulders.

  3. Postpublished at 13 overs

    Durham 68-4 v The Blaze

    Grace Ballinger appealsImage source, Shutterstock

Big shout for lbw against Mia Rogers from Grace Ballinger finishes off another tight over.

It is going down and the batters scuttle through for a single which is given as runs - all in all not a great shout then.

Just five off the over though and Durham are going nowhere fast.

  4. 'Heath showed her stumps'published at 19:37 BST 17 July

    Durham 63-4 v The Blaze

    Dominic James
Commentator on BBC Radio 5 Sports Extra

Bess Heath just showed her stumps. She took a little pause to look at the field to try and find the gaps to where she can maybe hit a boundary, but she just missed it.

  5. Postpublished at 12 overs

    Durham 63-4 v The Blaze

The Blaze have been far from flawless in the field with three drops but they are pinning Durham down here.

Just three from the over and a wicket.

Grace Ballinger is back on at the other end now which hardly makes things easier for the batting side.

  6. wicket

WICKETpublished at 19:34 BST 17 July

    Heath b Gordon 11 (Durham 63-4 v The Blaze)

    Kirstie Gordon the redeemer..

She dropped Mady Villiers earlier only to come back and grab the wicket.

Now she drops Mia Rogers off her own bowling high above her head, giving away a single in the process, but comes back to take Bess Heath's wicket next ball.

Heath has gone back in the crease and backed away trying to create room to cut.

She misses and loses her stumps.

  7. 'Durham need to be creative with their shots'published at 19:32 BST 17 July

    Durham 60-3 v The Blaze

    Isabelle Duncan
Commentator on BBC Radio 5 Sports Extra

You look at the score at the powerplay after six overs, 35-2, it's easily the lowest powerplay score that we've had today.

I just feel that Durham are lacking pace and momentum. They need to be creative with their shots and find the gaps. But the more dot balls and this run-rate ass well is dropping, it's around 5.45. Pressure is being applied as The Blaze turn the screws.

  8. Postpublished at 11 overs

    Durham 60-3 v The Blaze

Another good over from Josie Groves who keeps it to five.

Bess Heath tries to reverse sweep but there is such little pace on the ball from Groves that she cannot connect beyond sending it for a single.

Still Durham are only three down and have the opportunity to have a swing as this innings progresses.

Perhaps 130 might be a test for the chasing side?

  9. Postpublished at 10 overs

    Durham 55-3 v The Blaze

Plenty of shouts of 'Yes Knotty' or possibly 'Yes Dottie' which could be some private joke perhaps.

Either way, this was a very tight over from Australian Charli Knott with just the two runs coming from it.

Durham are slowing to a crawl and Josie Groves is back on to keep the shackles on.

  10. 'Not what Durham wanted at all'published at 19:26 BST 17 July

    Durham 53-3 v The Blaze

    Rita Green
Ex-cricketer and commentator on BBC Radio 5 Sports Extra

    Massive wicket for The Blaze.

You'd feel that was pivotal and Heather Graham was absolutely furious.

Bit of pace off the ball there from Kathryn Bryce who is quite a player.

Not what Durham wanted at all.

  11. wicket

    Graham b K Bryce 30 (Durham 53-3 v The Blaze)

The Blaze celebrate wicket of Heather GrahamImage source, Shutterstock

Heather Graham has been stepping back in her crease to give herself room to hit over extra cover and it has been working.

But Kathryn Bryce has held her nerve and fired a full pitched delivery that the batter misses.

This feels like a big, big wicket.

  12. Nosebleed stops playpublished at 8.3 overs

    Durham 51-2 v The Blaze

Bess Heath is receiving a bit of medical attention as she has a nosebleed.

She is smiling though and we are back underway.

  13. 'Could take one good innings'published at 19:20 BST 17 July

    Durham 47-2 v The Blaze

    Dave Bracegirdle
Commentator on BBC Radio 5 Sports Extra

It could just take one really good innings from somebody to make sure Durham have got a really good score on the board.

  14. Postpublished at 8 overs

    Durham 47-2 v The Blaze

An over marred by another drop, Josie Groves spilling a tough chance off Bess Heath on 6.

Four singles from the set including one off the drop bring four but Durham really need to find the rope a few times.

  16. dropped catch

Heath dropped on 6published at 7.3 overs

    Durham 44-2 v The Blaze

Josie Groves will kick herself for not holding on to that.

Bess Heath, on 6 at the time, slaps a mistimed drive back to the bowler but an instinctive grab sees the ball bounce to mid off off the hands.

    That is the third drop.

  17. Postpublished at 6 overs

    Durham 35-2 v The Blaze

Charley Phillips goes to catch the ballImage source, Shutterstock

That was a very good over from Charley Phillips who has cramped up Bess Heath with a tight, rising line into the body.

Two singles and four dots including a decent stop off a straight drive by the bowler on the final delivery.

That is the powerplay done and Durham, who were 30-1 after four overs are now 35-2 after six.

  18. Postpublished at 5 overs

    Durham 33-2 v The Blaze

Bess Heath is the new batter joining Heather Graham at the crease but the brakes have been applied to the Durham innings just before the end of the powerplay.

A wicket and just three runs for Kirstie Gordon set the record straight after a poor period for Blaze with two drops.

Charley Phillips is back for her second over.

  19. wicket

WICKETpublished at 19:03 BST 17 July

    Villiers c Higham b Gordon 16 (Durham 30-2 v The Blaze)

Blaze celebrate taking second wicketImage source, Shutterstock

You can't say that wasn't coming.

Mady Villiers has been dropped on 10 (hard one) and 11 (easy one) but the culprit in the second Kirstie Gordon makes amends with her wicket.

Durham were just getting going there for all their luck and that was a big wicket.

  20. dropped catch

Villiers dropped on 11published at 4 overs

    Durham 30-1 v The Blaze

And another drop, this time Mady Villiers on 11 is dropped by Kirstie Gordon and it is a very simple one at mid on.

She adds insult to injury by executing the shot she was trying before and finding the boundary next ball.

    The over goes for 13.
