Turning windy in Scotland with scattered showers, heavy and most frequent in the far north and west. Variable cloud in north-west England and Wales but dry, clear and settled elsewhere.

Windy and cool in the north tomorrow with showery rain sinking south-eastwards reaching Wales, the Midlands and East Anglia by the evening. Sunny and warm in south-east England.
Outlook for Sunday to Tuesday
Widely cooler and breezy for many on Sunday. It will be a cloudy first half of the day with light patchy rain in places but some sunny spells will develop for many by the evening. Dry, sunny and very warm in the south and east on Monday and Tuesday but cloudy in the north and west with patchy rain at times.
