The E.coli cases of 2005 which led to the death of a child.

Story of the e.coli outbreak of 2005 which caused the death of a 5 year old boy and led to health problems in more than 150 south Wales schoolchildren. The subsequent Pennington enquiry pointed the finger of blame at local butcher William Tudor who was jailed for his part in the outbreak. Includes film of the Pennington enquiry reporting its findings and a report on conditions found at the butchers shop.
