Speeches, a cup of tea and a handshake celebrate the end of the Northern Ireland troubles.

News report from the opening of the Northern Ireland Assembly at Stormont in 2007 when Martin McGuinness from Sinn Fein and Ian Paisley from the DUP agreed to form a government together putting 40 years of the Northern Ireland troubles behind them. Shows parts of speeches by the two and a meeting for a cup of tea with British Prime Minister Tony Blair and Irish Prime Minister Bertie Ahern. Has all four at the door sharing a handshake.
