Debate on a proposal to build a windfarm.

Arguments on wind power in Wales, looking at a proposal to build a windfarm above the village of Blaengarw, in the Garw Valley in south Wales. Both sides of the argument are put by Friends of the Earth Cymru and a group of local children.
