Description of the 1970's campaign to push for a Welsh language TV channel.

The beginnings of a Welsh Language Society ( Cymdeithas yr Iaith Gymraeg) protest campaign in the 1970's to secure the future of Welsh language TV broadcasting, and thus hopefully the future of the language itself, by setting up a Welsh language channel. The campaign finally succeeded in 1982 with the launch of S4C.
