Memories of Second World War prisoner escape from 1945 near Bridgend.

In 1945, Britain's only major German prisoner escape of the Second World War took place from the Island Farm PoW camp near Bridgend. All were recaptured. In 1977 some of these ex PoW's went back to the site of their escape.
