2005: Bomb attacks on London

A series of bomb attacks on London’s transport network killed 52 people and left over 700 injured, on 7 July 2005.

Four suicide bombers detonated three devices on the Underground and one on a double-decker bus, in the worst single terrorist atrocity on British soil.
