Uruguay coach Diego Ormaechea has made six changes to his line-up for Sunday's Pool C finale against England at Suncorp Stadium.

Centre Joaquin De Freitas takes over from the experienced Martin Mendaro, who was injured during Los Teros' 24-12 victory over Georgia on Tuesday night.

Elsewhere, wings Juan Viana and Joaqui Pastore gain a start, alongside prop Eduardo Berrutti, lock Juan-Miguel Alvarez and flanker Nicolas Brignoni.

Prop Pablo Lemoine has called on his team-mates to make one-last effort.

Lemoine said it was vital for his country not to ship 100 points against England and overshadow the emotional victory over Georgia

"The win over Georgia was wonderful and you could see how the players reacted and how much it meant to them," he said.

"However it will all be wasted if we go out and concede over 100 points to England on Sunday."

Uruguay JM Menchaca; J Pastore, D Aguirre (capt), J De Freitas, J Viana; S Aguirre, J Campomar; E Berrutti, D Lamelas, P Lemoine, J-C Bado, J-M Alvarez, N Brignoni, N Grille, R Capo.
Replacements: JA Perez, R Sanchez, G Storace, J Alzueta, M Guttierrez, E Caffera, D Reyes.
