‘Exciting summer for all of us to be a part of’

Wales U19s head coach Chris Gunter says the Uefa Men's Under-19 Championship finals will be an opportunity for his team to test themselves “against the very best”.

North Wales hosts the eight-team tournament in a year which marks 150th anniversary of the founding of the Football Association of Wales.

Wales face Spain in the opening game on Sunday, 28 June at Wrexham’s Racecourse Ground, where a 17-year-old Gunter made his senior international debut against New Zealand in 2007.
