Wales wing Steff Evans returns from long-term injury as one of seven Scarlets changes.

Head coach Dwayne Peel is without seven players who have joined Wales' Six Nations camp, including backs Eddie James, Joe Roberts, Tom Rogers, Blair Murray and Ellis Mee.

Evans comes in along with Wales centre Johnny Williams who has recovered from a toe problem.

Wing Jac Davies makes his first URC start, with full-back Ioan Nicholas and centre Macs Page the other newcomers behind an unchanged half-back pairing of Ioan Lloyd, Gareth Davies.
