    That was indeed the last significant act of the opening half as Leinster take a narrow lead into the break.

    The hosts made a flying start to this one, but Connacht displayed plenty of grit to steady and grow into the game, but the late Prendergast try flips momentum back to Leinster.

    It sets us up for an intriguing second half.

    Leinster waste no time hitting back as they get on the front foot. Diarmuid Mangan is held up but the ball comes back to Predergast who finises.

    He is unable to add the conversion, but Leinster are back ahead on the stroke of half-time.

    The initial Connacht surge is repelled, but Bealham finds a gap to squeeze over and give his side the lead.

    Gilbert nails the conversion and Connacht complete the turnaround after a very difficult start.
