Leinster on the front foot early as Sam Prendergast looks to play a little grubber but it goes out for a Connacht lineout. They try to play their way out of their 22, but concede the penalty and it's a Leinster lineout on five metres.
That was indeed the last significant act of the opening half as Leinster take a narrow lead into the break.
The hosts made a flying start to this one, but Connacht displayed plenty of grit to steady and grow into the game, but the late Prendergast try flips momentum back to Leinster.
Connacht seem to lose momentum but make the break to the five metre line and they have another penalty. Very similar position from where they scored their opening try.

Connacht playing with advantage and with none accruing, we go back for the penalty. To compound matters, McCarthy is shown yellow for being off his feet.
