Scored by Bielle-Biarrey but made by Dupont. Scotland were scrambling and chasing shadows. Terrific reply for France.

It's an incredible piece of defence from Dupont on Tuipulotu.

And then it's a flamboyant finish in the corner from Bielle-Biarrey.

    Louis Bielle-Biarrey

Antoine Dupont pinches possession and Louis Bielle-Biarrey scores in the corner.

It's Scotland captain Sione Tuipulotu who has the ball robbed from his grasp and after a brief check, the try stands.

Thomas Ramos nails the conversion from out wide.

A nervy moment for Scotland fans as France wing Theo Attissogbe looks set to gather a kick through.

The bounce isn't favourable though and he can't gather.

This has been the best possible start for Scotland, France just haven't had any possession.

    Scotland 7-0 France

Scotland pile forward again as captain Sione Tuipulotu bursts through a tackle.

It's all a bit scrappy from there though and France have a scrum.

    It's all happening.

France fans boo as Louis Bielle-Biarrey takes a tumble, but there's nothing in that.

The visitors still force a lineout on the 5m line, but Scotland defend it superbly and have a chance to clear via a scrum.

Darcy Graham does so well to get off Finn Russell's shoulder and has the pace to get through there.

What a start. He does so well to get him timing right onto the pass. His timing is perfect.

That is absolutely the start Scotland required. A rapid start and an excellent piece of play.

I do think this will be a high scoring game.

Scotland had to draw blood first and they have, it's a fantastic start.

They just could not let France get away from them.

    Darcy Graham

    Scotland hit the front!

It comes from an initial line break from Huw Jones and France can't ever get set from there.

Finn Russell has a little fumble, but it goes backwards and the Bath 10 has the wherewithal to find Darcy Graham, who streaks away to score.

Russell adds the extras and Scotland have the start they craved.

What an opening phase of play and it is exhausting stuff. Some of the players look out on their feet already.

    Scotland have started brightly here.

They are clearly going to try to get quick ball and free up Finn Russell.

France full-back Thomas Ramos then knocks on after a Ben White box kick and the hosts have good field position.
