It was more of the composure that's needed. A couple of good carries. With New Zealand a man down there was space but Finn Russell's pass just checked Blair Kinghorn and stunted the attack.

Gregor Brown has been excellent for Scotland and goes within touching distance of the New Zealand line with a powerful carry.

However, Rory Hutchinson is dragged over the line and held up with the next phase.

He's give him a yellow card, as Mick Morgan once said.

Scotland have to take advantage in the next 10 minutes.

You just can't let up at the breakdown with New Zealand. They just constantly counter-ruck and sneak in at the sides. Scotland have a lot of hard work to do.

Darcy Graham is forced back into his own 22 to chase a clever kick from Cam Roigard and Caleb Clarke somehow drags the Scotland winger into touch.

Ethan de Groot is off with blood pouring from his face and is replaced by Tamaiti Williams.

Magnificent hands put Blair Kinghorn into space and he flicks a pass to the onrushing Darcy Graham.

The wee man is held up over the line though and New Zealand escape via a goal-line drop-out.

Finn Russell has just pulled off a quite incredible kick to earn Scotland a 50-22.

With his leg heavily strapped, he arcs the kicks over Will Jordan's head and into touch.
