It's an exciting night for 21-year-old Tom McAllister, as he's set to make his senior debut in an Ulster jersey.
The Academy forward starts at
tighthead prop, and will be joined in the front row by loosehead Angus Bell,
and hooker Rob Herring, who is captaining in Iain Henderson’s absence.
McAllister started playing rugby at Ballyclare High School, featured for Ulster ‘A’ in the inaugural IRFU 150 ‘A’ Men’s Interprovincial Championship and has most recently been playing his rugby in the AIL with Ballynahinch RFC.
The Ireland under-20 international joined Ulster's Academy at the beginning of the season and is raring to go for tonight's fixture.
It’s good news for Ulster fans as Juarno Augustus is back in action, after recovering from an ankle injury he picked up against Connacht back in December.
Tom McAllister makes his senior men's debut and starts at tighthead prop, alongside Wallaby loosehead Angus Bell and hooker Rob Herring.
Herring captains the side this evening in the absence of Iain Henderson, who has linked up with the Ireland squad to assist with Super Saturday preparations.
Cormac Izuchukwu, Jude Postlethwaite and Bryn Ward are also back in Ulster jerseys after returning from Ireland's Six Nations camp.
Harry Sheridan starts alongside development lock Charlie Irvine in the second row.
Experienced scrum-half Dave Shanahan makes his first senior start since November 2023, and is partnered by Jack Murphy at fly-half.
There are no changes from Round 12 to the backline, with Jude Postlethwaite and James Hume forming the midfield partnership.
Zac Ward and Werner Kok are on the wings, with Michael Lowry at full-back.
Finally, Ritchie Murphy has opted for a five-three split on the bench, with James McCormick, Sam Crean, Scott Wilson, Joe Hopes and David McCann as the forward replacements, and Conor McKee, Jake Flannery and Ben Carson providing backline options.
Ulster: Lowry; Kok, Hume, Postlethwaite; Z Ward;
Murphy, Shanahan; Bell, Herring (capt), McAllister, Sheridan, Irvine,
Izuchukwu, B Ward, Augustus.

Edinburgh's half-back partnership of Ross Thompson and Ben Vallacott is unchanged.
Club centurion Boan Venter joins Dylan Richardson and Angus Williams in the front row.

Why is this fixture happening now?published at 19:29 GMT 13 March

We rarely see a URC match happening during the Six Nations,
so you may be wondering what’s happened here...
Tonight's clash is a rescheduled fixture from Round 2, which was postponed
due to Storm Amy.
The sides were due to meet at Hive Stadium on 3 October but forecast storm winds forced the URC to call it off.
Connacht are also facing Scarlets tonight in a rescheduled match due to Storm Amy, and Vodacom Bulls will play DHL Stormers tomorrow at 12:00 GMT in their Round 8 fixture.
The Men's Six Nations may be concluding tomorrow with the tournament still excitingly open, but first let's turn our attention to the United Rugby Championship.
It's time to kick start your weekend of rugby, with our live text commentary of tonight's game between Edinburgh and Ulster!
Kick-off at the Hive Stadium is at 19:45 GMT, so it's almost go time.
As well as live texts from Edinburgh v Ulster, you can also listen to radio commentary of Connacht v Scarlets on BBC Radio Wales (19:45 GMT).
