England have won their past eight games, matching a sequence they achieved in 2020. If they make it nine in a row, it will be their best run of wins since an 18-game streak between 2015 and 2017.

Fiji have won their past five matches, which is their best run since 1999.

They have never before won six successive internationals.

I think Steve Borthwick is right to pick Fin Smith today - he is articulate, measured and thoughtful.

England are on the attack immediately and they earn a penalty in the middle of the field.
