Wales goal attack Phillipa Yarranton says she plays with the attitude of "there is no way I'm getting taken off that court".

Yarranton was named player of the match as Wales beat Tonga in a warm-up match for the Commonwealth Games.

Wales will play Uganda in their first match at the Games in Glasgow.
