    On Saturday, Glentoran recovered from a goal down to beat 10-man Dungannon Swifts 2-1 in the Irish Premiership game at Stangmore Park.

    Matty Lusty was stretchered off after being fouled in the incident which led to Dungannon's penalty in the first half, Ben Gallagher converting from the spot to give Swifts the lead.

    Marcus Kane levelled for the Glens in the second half, then Dungannon had Caolan Marron sent-off, before Junior netted a late winner for Warren Feeney's side.

    Watch highlights as Cliftonville continued their fine form with a comfortable 2-0 win against Ballymena United at Solitude.

    Odhran Casey opened the scoring for the Reds, before Ronan Hale doubled their advantage in the second period as they remain in third place in the Irish Premiership table.

    The Sky Blues have failed to score in their last seven league fixtures.

    Glentoran boss Warren Feeney says there will be "added spice' to today's game against Linfield after thumping the Premiership leaders earlier this month.

    The Glens outclassed the Blues to run out 4-0 winners and Linfield will be out for revenge at Windsor Park.

    "There will be added spice from the the victory we had at the Oval," said Feeney.

    "All we can do is worry about ourselves. Form goes out the window and we'll be in for a good game."

    Six-match Premiership programme

    It's as traditional at this time of year as Santa, presents and turkey and all the trimmings. Yes, the much anticipated annual feast of Boxing Day Irish Premiership fixtures is upon us once again.

    Big crowds, drama aplenty and sackfuls of derby rivalry are all on the menu with a full programme of six festive games today.

    League leaders Linfield host Glentoran at Windsor Park hoping to avenge their recent 4-0 defeat at the hands of Warren Feeney's side while across Belfast third-placed Cliftonville aim to maintain their title challenge in their home game against neighbours Crusaders.

    Second-placed Larne face a tough test on the road against east Antrim opponents Carrick Rangers while struggling Ballymena United entertain their rivals from down the A26, Coleraine.

    The day's other two matches may not have derby bragging rights at stake but the teams have plenty to play for as Loughgall play Dungannon Swifts and bottom side Newry City face Glenavon.
