Crystal Palace 0-0 Liverpool
Harvey Elliott has definitely given Liverpool a little boost since coming on. He finds Mohamed Salah, who feeds Trent Alexander-Arnold and the right-back's cross is palmed over by Vicente Guaita.

Michael Olise and Jordan Henderson get in a bit of a shoving match and referee Darren England has a word.

The third ding of the game.
Diogo Jota's shot is blocked and it comes back to Mohamed Salah, who tries to lift it into the top corner from the edge of the box. The ball beats Vicente Guaita but cannons off the crossbar.

Ash: The level of drop-off from these players is bewildering. Some are supposed to be in the prime, others (like Fabinho) were regarded as amongst the best in their position. All of them have dipped so hard. One or two might be understandable, but all of them?
Crystal Palace 0-0 Liverpool
Harvey Elliott's first touch is a really dangerous swinging ball over the top which Vicente Guaita just gets after Diogo Jota missed it.

Adam: You would think Klopp and Liverpool would realise they aren't good enough to play out from the back. Look amateur

Gee Em: I have noticed over this game Klopp has become less and less animated. Less shouting, more accepting of poor passes. He must see how fragile his players are at the moment.

Paul: TAA. Lucky his awful pass didn’t lead to palace goal + then gets away with a booking for what many would he booked for. Is he that good? Don’t say he’s good going forward as he’s got 3 goals + 3 assists which isn’t enough to justify being a liability defensively.
Crystal Palace 0-0 Liverpool
There's no way that's true. I remember some pretty awful Liverpool teams in the past 10 or 15 years.

Keita is the worst player ever to represent Liverpool. Shocking that Klopp keeps playing him.
Paul, Ipswich
Bournemouth 1-4 Man City
Bournemouth
Bournemouth boss Gary O'Neil to BBC Match of the Day: "For large parts I was pleased, we tried to be aggressive and had a go. The goals where they turned the ball over killed us, and they are such a big side that they punished us for making mistakes. If you want to take results you cannot make as many mistakes as we did.
"At 3-0 down they kept believing and the fourth goal asked a big question but they responded fantastically well, and they kept going to the end. The common problem is we don't take opportunities when they come.
"That we are creating opportunities, that must be one of the highest this seaosn so that's one of the positives. It felt like we were unfortunate with a couple of the goals, it was one of those days where you need everything ti go your way and today it didn't.
"At 4-0 down to City they were relentless and kept going to the end and they will take that to the Emirates."
Bournemouth 1-4 Man City
Manchester City
Manchester City boss Pep Guardiola to BBC Match of the Day: "We have had many travels and recoveries in the system with just three days between games, but the team is alive and I am very pleased with the game today.
"We played better than at Nottingham, we created more chances today, both games were really good but unfortunately it didn’t happen at Nottingham because football is football. We are still going to be fighting for the Premier League and we have a tough contender but many things are going to happen.
"Today was nice, we could rotate a little bit. You can get fatigued in the last 15 to 20 minutes, that is when injuries can happen in that moment but we could avoid injuries today. I’m happy."

I don't think it's fair for Liverpool fans to be scapegoating Keita. For all his lack of quality at least he looks like he's trying unlike certain others..

Both sides have hit the woodwork but it's goalless at the break.
Patrick Vieira will probably be happier than Jurgen Klopp.
