    Arsenal fans - if a keeper can only use one arm because the other one is being held down, it's a foul. Just because it's subtly done doesn't mean it's not a foul. It's something that's pretty much impossible to spot in a crowd and exactly why VAR was brought in. The clear and obvious rule only applies if the ref has seen the incident in real time.
