We're getting under way in all 10 matches. Who will be Premier League champions in a few hours' time? Who will be relegated and who will be playing in Europe?

Tottenham would be third from when Antonio Conte took charge. A manager who wears his heart on his sleeve. He has done an unbelievable job, They had all the talent there, they just needed someone to piece it all together.
Arsenal v Everton (16:00 BST)
Alistair Magowan
BBC Sport at Emirates Stadium
There's has been lots of discussion about Frank Lampard and his role at Everton since the club sealed their Premier League status on Thursday.
He took over at the club in 16th, four points above the relegation zone, and that is where they sit now. But prior to his appointment Everton had won once in 14 Premier League games. He has earned six in 17.
But more than that, after the sacking of former Liverpool boss Rafael Benitez, he has helped create a strong bond between himself, the team and the supporters which played a key part in getting them over the line. As the fans here sing "Super Frank Lampard" there is no question from them about the impact he has made.
The final relegation place is between Burnley and Leeds United, who begin the day level on points, but the Clarets have goal difference advantage of 20.
Sixth (Europa League) and seventh (Europa Conference League) place is between Manchester United and West Ham. The Hammers start two points behind, but with a much better goal difference.
The final place is between Tottenham and Arsenal. Whoever does not get it will finish fifth and enter the Europa League.
Spurs will clinch the final top-four place:
Arsenal can only clinch the final place:
Manchester City start the day one point ahead of Liverpool, with a goal difference of plus six. They will be crowned champions:
For Liverpool, they will be champions:
And just for fun... if Liverpool draw 5-5 and City lose 6-0, both sides would finish level on points, goal difference and goals scored. The first tie-breaker is head-to-head records – they drew 2-2 twice this season. The second tie-breaker is away goals in head-to-head games, which is also level. So there would be a play-off game to decide the title!
OK, one last time, here are all the permutations for this afternoon...

Burnley chairman and owner Alan Pace, writing in today's programme, has praised the job caretaker manager Mike Jackson has done, after former boss Sean Dyche was sacked with eight matches to go of the season.
Pace said: "We go into today's game knowing our destiny is in our hands and that a win will be enough to secure our Premier League status.
"This is in no small part to an incredible six weeks from Mike, the coaching staff, the players and you, the fans. This has truly been a whole club effort and whatever happens today everyone should be very proud.
"It's games like today, in front of a sell-out crowd, that create club history so let's get behind the players for the full 90 minutes and create that special Turf Moor atmosphere for one last push to write another incredible chapter in the history of Burnley FC."
