A lengthy delay here as Esme Morgan continues to get treatment. She's sat up and chatting away with the medical team but she's been given a coat and there is oxygen being prepared. Best wishes to her and hopefully she recovers quickly.

New signing Filippa Angeldal is going to come on.

The referee has shown Esme Morgan a yellow card for that challenge. The City players are not happy about that.

Morgan is still down and they have brought the stretcher across just in case.

There's a crunching 50-50 challenge between Ashleigh Neville and Esme Morgan and both players are in a bit of pain.

Neville looks to have recovered but Morgan is still getting some treatment. Team-mate and best friend Lauren Hemp comes across to offer some comfort. Clearly a painful one.

Lauren Hemp is played in down the left and she cuts it back to Vicky Losada.

The former Barcelona captain tries to nip past Molly Bartrip inside the box but the Tottenham defender wins a foul.

Janine Beckie spins away from Ashleigh Neville on the right and cuts it back across the box.

It doesn't fall for Ellen White and Laura Coombs can't find space for a shot on the edge of the box.

Jess Naz tries to get away down the left but Esme Morgan is there to mop up.

City are controlling possession early on, as expected.

Vicky Losada plays it long for Janine Beckie to chase but it's well defended by Ashleigh Neville.

Tottenham manager Rehanne Skinner: "The squad is in a really good place this week. It’s been nice to get everyone into a positive place where they’re available.

"Kyah Simon has settled in brilliantly. She’s definitely a player with a lot of experience and leadership qualities which have been really evident in and around the team.

"She’s going to be a really good asset to our team in that front line."

Manchester City

Manchester City boss Gareth Taylor: "It will be a tough test. They got themselves a good three points against Birmingham, which was played in the men’s stadium as well - a good opportunity for them to showcase what they’re about.

"We’ve got a team that’ll be full of spirit, will make it difficult and we just need to focus on what we do well, be respectful, be attacking and do all the right things in our gameplay.

"We wanted to do well in the Champions League and go as far as we could but regardless, the brief was the same: we want to be competitive in all competitions."

Manchester City got their WSL season off to a flying start last weekend with a thumping 4-0 win over Everton at Goodison Park.

But they were brought right back down to earth with a crushing defeat in the Champions League at home on Wednesday.

Their elimination from Europe was a huge blow to Gareth Taylor's side so can they pick themselves up today?
