Fulham head coach Scott Parker was bamboozled by his side's 3-0 humbling at home to bottom-of-the-table Barnsley last time out.
He said: "We were beaten by the better side, a side that had more intensity about them. We didn't deserve anything.
"This is a bump in the road; this is what the league brings. I am shocked and can only apologise. We need to learn from that."
They hadn't been beaten in six before that loss. Let's see how they respond.

Image source, .BBC SportDoes anyone actually want to get promoted from the Championship?
Aside from West Brom - who have won three in four and are seven ahead of third-placed Fulham following a mini-blip - then everyone has been making a bit of mess of things.
There are only 12 points between Fulham and 13th-placed Derby.
If one of the teams in contention had shown any sort of consistency in recent weeks then the race for the top two would be a lot clearer.
A win for the Cottagers tonight and they will go level on points with Leeds in second place, just four behind the Baggies prior to Saturday's matches.

It's league appearance number 500 in England for this man...
Image source, Getty ImagesIf Derby are to cling onto the fading chances of a Championship play-off place, then you feel Wayne Rooney is going to play a huge part.
Can the former England captain get them back on track tonight following the 1-1 draw with Huddersfield?
The Rams are nine points off the top six and 12 adrift of third-placed Fulham. It's now or never time for Phillip Cocu's side.

Image source, Rex FeaturesThanks for joining us on a very blustery, cold and generally unpleasant evening.
It's nights like these that make you question why you go.
And then, you win 3-0, witness goal of the season, find £20 an the services on the way home, all while staying nice and toasty cos you remembered to double up on socks and wear thermals. That's why you go.
*You have a man sent off after 30 seconds, lose 4-0, slip over in and land in a puddle at half-time, freeze solid and then get a flat tyre on the way to a 3am arrival home.
If you haven't risked the home or away losing experience, stay nice and warm and follow the action with us. Glad to be of service.
