Celtic are squandering a lot of good chances. This time Callum McGregor slices through the home defence but can't get his shot past Joel Pereira, who again makes himself big at his near post.

MIchael Smith cuts a frustrated figure as he takes out Jonny Hayes. Hearts need the next goal and they really need to keep all 11 players on the pitch.

Another big chance for Odsonne Edouard as he is left all alone at the back post from a free kick. However, Hearts keeper Joel Pereira does well to spread himself and makes the block.

Hearts make their final change as Jake Mulraney is replaced by Euan Henderson.

Michael Smith does well to squeeze through two Celtic defenders but goalkeeper Fraser Forster is out quickly to save at the Hearts midfielder's feet.

It's Odsonne Edouard creating mayhem in the Hearts penalty area again and the visitors want a penalty as he goes down in a heap, with defenders sliding in from all angles.

Celtic are really stepping it up now as they seek a killer third goal. Odsonne Edouard is up highest to meet a lofted cross from Callum McGregor but the striker's stretching header from six yards grazes the outside of the post.

Callum McGregor bundles the ball home from close range after Aaron Hickey does brilliantly to block Odsonne Edouard's shot inside the six yard box but the Celtic celebrations are cut short by an offside decision. The correct call, TV replays confirm.

Hearts race up the park immediately but Steven MacLean takes a bad touch when clean through and a very promising situation fizzles out.

Stand-in full-back Sean Clare shows good skill and determination to cut in from the right but his final shot is wayward.

Steven MacLean, already on a booking, leaves a foot in as Christopher Jullien clears and catches the giant Frenchman on the toe.

The Hearts striker, who is quickly surrounded by aggrieved Celtic players, needs to keep a clear head and not get caught up in any nonsense.

Celtic were a bit sluggish at the start of this game but the visitors have the bit between their teeth at the start of the second half as Jeremie Frimpong gallops forward to win a corner.

Hearts fail to clear the lines but all Callum McGregor can do is blaze the loose ball high over the top.

Here we go again. Can Hearts find a way back?
