Chelsea have recalled goalkeeper Teddy Sharman-Lowe from a successful loan spell at Bolton Wanderers.

Sharman-Lowe played 22 times for the League One side and all options are being considered going forward for the 22-year-old, including the potential for him to stay in the squad.

Meanwhile, multiple clubs are interested in a permanent move for Chelsea striker David Datro Fofana, who is currently on loan at Turkish Super Lig club Fatih Karagumruk.

Any permanent move would free up an international loan spot if he is sold in January that could be used by the likes of Raheem Sterling or Axel Disasi, who are currently in Chelsea's so-called 'bomb squad'.

Sutton United have signed midfielder Dubem Eze from League One club Bolton Wanderers for an undisclosed fee.

The 20-year-old had spells in the youth set-up at Chelsea, Derby County and Norwich City at the start of his career before joining Bolton in 2024.

He joined Scunthorpe United on loan in the summer and scored twice in their 5-0 FA Trophy win over Peterborough Sports on 13 December.

Sutton are 21st in the table and following the postponement of Saturday's game at Scunthorpe, they will next be in action at home to York City on 10 January.

"It feels like I'm back home, being from just around the corner (in South Morden). It's good to be here and I'm excited to get started," said Eze.
